I found a bug in my frozen burrito

I warmed up an El Monterey burrito and after eating about half of it I found a black bug in the meat. After my discovery, I called the company's toll free number on the back of the wrapper. I talked to a receptionist about my complaint and she did not offer much help. She simply told me to save the bug so that I can send it back to their company to do an investigation on it. She is well aware that I want some feedback but I was not given enough reassurance that anything will happen.
