I called the hotline for Sonic just a month ago, because since they changed management or ownership of the one in Homer, the service has been horrible. I along with others have orderd food and it is never correct. All I got from Sonic complaint is a card for a free burger. Who wants to use it, they wouldn't get it right anyway. Tuesday morning I went back, thinking okay another chance. I was the only customer at the time of the order. I ordered a bacon, egg, cheese breakfast burrito. Got my order and handed the carhop $20. And what ever change it was. She only gave me $6.00 back and I had to correct it should be $16.00. She gave that to me. I then went to work. Got to my office and bit into the burrito. Guess what it was a Sausage, Egg, Cheese. I don't like sausage. They can't even get it right with only one customer. Someone needs to do something. This is sad. It is one of a few places to eat in Homer and it is like the company does not even care.
