Cold food& bad service

I'm just one parent to 2 kids. It's a unique occasion whenever we can manage to-go out to consume.

I saved-up and could consider my kids, 9, & 17 out to consume, whenever we visited APPLEBEES... I REQUESTED dinner and shrimp[it had been cold and felt enjoy it was sitting around for some time and heated-up within the stove.

Our oldest daughter got a meat, grain, and broccoli[she stated her rice was difficult, and cold.]

Our youngest was fairly pleased with her food. So when i reported I acquired an attitude in the server along with a large"sigh". Nothing was set.

I had been expecting applebees might fix this... I can't manage to take my children out that much, and that i feel they might and may fix this. Thank you
