Applebees horrible food - steak fajita's

On 10/5 I visited Applebees with a friend to celebrate their birthday. I ordered fajita's and when they came they were severely burned... The onions, peppers and rice were charred so bad it was aweful... They were stuck to pan... Burnedl. I couldn't eat it it was burned so bad. It was acrid tasting. I've never had it so bad and the server should have never served it.
