Waffle House unfair treatment of employees

THis is not just one incident this is ongoing soap opera of a restaurant. I have a family member working there for almost 4 years now and the particular store they work at is ran by a woman who hires half of her family to work in the store with her. This might not be a problem if they didnt fight, cuss and yell and each in front of customers quite often. She also favors her family members allowing them to be late, call in asmuch as they want and leave whenever they want with no consequence. However if a non family member calls in or is late they get wrote up or are given an unfair work schedule because of it. But, it dont stop there. She borrows money from employees to make bank deposits for the business. They get their vacation pay and never actually get the vacation and are given a hard time when they need a couple days off. Ive been told this woman that is the GM has already been removed from other stores for the same practices. This is ridiculous. Somebody in the corporate structure needs to look into this and put a stop to it!!!
