Disrespectful employees

My Spouse and that I with 2 kids visited Train bought 4 snacks with deals that mentioned one-per person per-visit... No additional limitations. The worker proceeded to protest that it will have read one discount per-family and was a misprint. We described the misprint problem as he promises ought to be handled by him together with his corporate workplace.

The worker proceeded to protest loudly declaring that people were benefiting from a "loop hole" (his words) which we were getting cash out-of his wallet, even while there have been additional customers behind us who quit, yet others seated that got up-to us saying we ought to not consider the misuse and keep. Another customer also believed to the worker that his tirade was improper and uncomfortable.

The worker proceeded to help make the snacks stating how unjust we were being, as well as talking in Spanish together with his other employee within an abusive way about my loved ones.

I did so all I really could to limit myself from further adversarial conversation, my spouse created numerous efforts to get hold of corporate to voice our issues, and all which was completed is we were informed the criticism could be submitted towards the operator of the particular business, that they state is their process. We were informed that people might get a reaction within two times in the owner of the business... Effectively 7 days later an 2 extra follow-UPS with corporate no more motion was obtained, with no reaction from operator.

So much for Corporate patient about how exactly their businesses are run.

I've lost belief in Train Corporate within their hands-off method of managing a clear bad business acumen of 1 of the shops... Pity you Train Corporate. To include we approached corporate workplace in Ct as well as in Atlanta. Shame shame shame
