Terribly treated employee

On Dec. 10th, Les Schwab corporate workplace named among their workers and DISMISSED him for assisting 2 neighbors repair their vehicle. He bought components from Les Schwab together with his 10% discount and did the work at no cost. The two neighbors were on survival or else economically not able to obtain the vehicle fixed.

Their buying the components was from the guidelines and he was “robbing from Les Schwab business” they stated. He was DISMISSED within the telephone by corporate and was informed he'd not understand this decades reward and might shed his pension and insurance.

That Is Dec. 10th actually.

Les Schwab doesn't worry about the folks, no more than the cash. CASH, CASH, CASH, CASH $

There is no dialogue of a caution, or probation, or reprimand. He was flat-out DISMISSED. The store-manager hadn't been educated, and was in shock of what had occurred. The only path for corporate to understand about that employee’s conduct was from an unknown phone from the fellow worker. Picture that, a fellow worker switched him set for assisting others in need, which may be the corporate reaction.

I'm disgusted with Les Schwab corporate.
