RESTAURANT DOMENICA worst dining experience ever!

I come to this site to rant&rave because NO restaurant should be in business if this is how they are going to operate! For one, this man claims he learned in italy how to cook, i've got news for him. The bums that live on the streets of new orleans wouldn't eat this crap!!! Food was bland, over priced and service was horrible! Our waitress looked like she just crawled out of bed, couldn't describe anything and was out of tuned! Soup was cold with no meat, we waited forever for our entrees..

When they came waitress spilled one dish on the floor, picked it up and put it back on the plate, with those same dirty hands she served us our entrees! My wife had to wait an extra 15 minutes for her entree to come out which was over fried and had NO taste! By this time we were ready for the night to end the whole event was a disaster! Our waitress offered us free dessert, if you like desserts pre-made sitting in an ice-box i guess it would suffice! Waitress saw we were unhappy, manager avoided us and the chef was to busy texting on his phone to help us with anything!!!
