Rotten Lettuce Is Acceptable

I requested a chicken caesar salad cover to possess it sent to my home to discover the lettuce was totally bad and actually BROWN. I comfortably reported towards the basilis pizza supervisor and he explained it is because I did not purchase the particular lettuce that it being bad was appropriate! The criticism ultimately got hot after I had been informed my cash can't be returned for that ruined food! Who believed that to-order a cover you'd to pay for individually for that lettuce? In either case, that's not appropriate.
