1st-time client; purchase#30785; Item - Tiramisu dessert; on 1 Apr to become shipped on my wifes birthday 6 Apr. Occasions the following

1apr11 - bought dessert

6apr11 - no term from spouse or 1800bakery stating she obtained a dessert

6apr11 - i named bakery but no solution and so I sent the organization questioning what occur to my wifes dessert

7apr11- receive mail response from 1800bakery

Half-price isn't adequate for me personally like a very first time client and that I am completly disappointed! My spouse is disappointed with me at this time and that I don't believe I will actually trust you guys again.

7Apr11 - my final ideas about that organization with my privileges of independence of talk. Dont put your confidence within this organization to provide that which you wish is likely to be great support simply because they may neglect to contact you before or about the evening that the dessert is assume to shipped! Organization cant be respected right from the start then why must I actually trust them again? Whatever you can get is just a 50% of the following dessert and perhaps they'll damage your pals, household, or beloved ones function. P.S. Thanks for only losing my time!!
