This woman

I have visited this shop many times within the Biltmore section of downtown and EACH AND EVERY PERIOD the woman at the front end table is rude. Her name Is SANDRA and he or she clearly doesn't desire to be therein the days. She's actual brief with the clients, she never laughs, and functions as if she some god complex. Significantly, I questioned her for less ice in my own hot coffee (I've delicate teeth) and he or she stated, "we can not do this you receive a complete mug of snow, then your caffeine. Easily provide you with less snow, you receive less beverage". SIGNIFICANTLY?!? Just how much does that material price, like 4 pennies a-cup?

Another employess are good individuals! But this woman has some problems...
