Kentucky Fried Chicken
Bad service

On January 18 on or about 9:45pm, I placed an order from the drive-through that is located on Gen.De Gual in New Orleans, LA. I acknowledge that this was just before closing and I am sure that employees have been informed not to prepare any more food at this time. However, as a customer, I think it is fair to say that you are entitled to what you order and if it is not available you should not be given just anything. Having said that, I ordered a three piece meal (white) (original) and upon arriving at home, I found three pieces of chicken that was fried so hard it was unbeliveable! As stated before, I knew that the chicken probably had been sitting out for a while; however, this was crunchy instead of original and that is why I ordered original, to prevent from having to receive hard chicken. I know that I should have checked my order before leaving the property; however, it seemed as if an employee's ride was waiting for them and the person had blocked the drive through lane and I had to back up to get out and I did not want to cause any confusion that time of night in that part of town.
