Charged for merchandise not received order#175

I stopped in your location this AM and placed the order for my granddaughters. I was told the drink machine was out of order and could only get water or tea. Knowing this I was still charged $2.00 for two cokes which we did not get. Why was this not deleted since I was already told that the drinks were not available? Please advise.
