Worst service eve

So went to Applebee's and had thee absolute worst service I have ever received in a restaraunt. Kayla B was our server at the Applebee's in Montrose Colorado. First it took her 20 min to take our order or even get us drinks. She brought the wrong drink ie: A Mojito instead of a Margarita. We got 2 Margarita's and other drinks. When she finally returned 20 min later to take our order I advised her that she had gotten us the wrong drink (we didn't drink it) She said fine Ill get another one and took that one 15 min later (I timed it) she brought back the right one. They brought out our food. NOT ONE TIME did she come back to our table until the check came. I had to grab the hostess to get us ice water (table of 5) she didn't see if we wanted desert nothing. When she brought the ticket it was wrong we were over charged (her mess up on the drink). We waited another 20 min for her to come back (she didn't) I called the manager over to fix our ticket so we could pay and leave. WHen she saw him at our table she came over to ask why he told her and she rolled her eye's when he turned his back. Never again will I go to Applebee's NEVER. I didn't want a free meal I wanted to be charged for the right stuff and we still got over charged.
