Mess up order - bad order filling

I am hard of hearing and i sometime go there and everytime i goes there and my order is always mess up. But today i went to the drive thru and gave the cashier my order paper that i wrote and gave me a order mess up and i had no drinks for both of my boys and for my husband and for me as well. The toys that for both of my boys was boy and girl. Really upset my boys. And i also want onion rings; however, they gave me straight fries. I am tired of going there to have my order all mess up. So the manager came out to my car and gave me all the bag but there was no drink and she say there wasn't any drink that i order wasn't on there. So i was pretty upset but the other worker came out and gave me the drinks for the boys and for my husband and me. I like this restaurant and now i don't. Very disappointed.
