Bad service

I needed to obtain some icecream, and so I went to my nearby Cold Stone Creamery at Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg, IL. After I get there, there were 4 workers operating there, and that I was THE ONLY REAL individual within the shop, & most of these were simply sitting around. They recognize my existence, after which proceed gossiping about another worker. Following a couple of minutes of waiting, another worker ultimately claims, "Somebody assist this woman!". The lady who assisted me, a sizable dark skinned woman having a tattoo on her left neck, offered average support, as well as decreased anything, an indication along with the fridge, in another of the icecream containers and simply positioned it back as though nothing happened. She extended to assist me, so when I requested to get a lid at the conclusion of the deal, she condemned it along about the table, that was obviously the incorrect cover. When I was collecting my icecream, the woman was messing around with additional cash, after which visited assist another client without cleaning her fingers.
