Eceived a shipment I never ordered

Nowadays I obtained a bundle of just one tourists cup and 12-oz of caffeine used to do not purchase. A couple of months back I obtained a "free" purchase after which I had been obtaining an order per week billed to my charge card. I named them-and they explained to come back all of the purchases used to donot need plus they might credit my card. I did so this immediately and am still awaiting my charge card reimbursement. Today nowadays I get another order used to donot purchase. They better not cost my card again. I keep attempting to contact the 800-number and maintain obtaining a chaotic signal.
