The final three times I've experienced CiCi the area hasn't been clear. The Napkin holders were really stickey. The a number of platforms weren't really clear. The manger Kris Daniels did not care easily might eat there. He gave my cash back. I inquired when the platforms and napkin cases to become clear. He got one swip and stated it had been clear. There were still sweaty. He's not really a great manger. He served enjoy it was a tough work keeping it clear. After I told him it had been not clear. He explained it had been. He does not understand how to maintain the restaurant clear. I've contact the department. I'll NEVER RETURN INTO THAT RESTAURANT AGIAN.

The very first time used to donot say something. The 2nd period I talk to him about this not being washed. The 3rd period he offered my cash back.in my opinion that mangers do not care when the location is washed.
