Let Friends Attack Customers

Abbotts empoyees invited their loser friends to chat while they worked. When they saw my girlfriend they decided to hit on her, and she ofcourse wouldn't give them th time of day, so they attacked us. After the event the girls pretended not to know the teenage boys and refused to call 911. I called myself from a different location. They continued to lie to the police, pretending to deny kowing the people.

When I called corporate to complain they informed me that they were once in a gang, and so its ok. Ok? Its ok to have people attack your customers?!!! She also informed me that her boss the marketing manager was very busy and couldn't be bothred. Too busy? Yeah too busy to ensure the saftey of their customers, thats pretty pathetic. A quality company would not have anything more important to do, and saftey should be at the top o their list. Later I called back again, and this lady tried to deny the whole even occurred. Too bad the police report from the investigating officer already confirmed all the events, and one of the 18 year olds was convicted in a court of law. Its a legal fact!

Based on Abbotts pro-thug life attitude, and seeming encouragement of having their customers attacked, I would warn all people to not bring their children or grandchildren there. They advertise as a family place - nothing could be further from the truth. It is not pro family and it is not safe, and when you try to bring the problems to their attention they basically say its ok that their customers will be attacked. What will it take? A 7 year old that gets a black eye instead of an cone? As for me, I won't miss their fake icecream - their custard is a poor substite for real ice cream and they whip so much air into it its lke eating cool-whip not ice cream.
