Rude Service

We decided to have lunch at Home Town Buffet on Euclid and Katella in Anaheim city (OC). We also invided our friend (total of 12 people). When we got there I orderded for my family and we did not buy any drinks. The cashiers gave us the cups saying in a sarcastic way "the cups are for water only." Feeling stupid already. We wanted to safe a table for our friends close to our table, however, the waitress very mean person came to us and say in an attitude voice that we cannot do that because it's busy. However when our friends arrived the table was still available (non-sense).

Anyway because we did not buy soda this waitress was keeping eye on us on every move that we made just to ensure that we do not still any drink. "DISTURBING" we felt like we had a security following us every step. I know that you guys try to control people that use water cups for soda and sometimes customers can be difficult, but don't forget "customers bring you bussiness" and if you treat them the way you treat them now, who is loosing?
