Puahing back orders

On 8-1-09 I ordered 6 large pizzas. And was advised that it'd consider about 30-45 minute. Until they came. After about one hour 5 i named to determine where my pizzas were and that I was informed they had simply been put into the stove simply because they pressed my purchase back again to create an order that had are available in after quarry but had a period restriction i wonder what sort of company may do this for their clients but still maintain procedure I actually donot care that my pizzas might have been late i care the organization have been rude with me after I named and handled me badly in the place of handling my issues.
