Horrible management skills - Customer Service

I had to return to Dominoes three times to get entire order. I didn't place order but I've never had a problem before at other pizza places. On the first visit I recieved my 2 pizzas, cheese bread, and desert. When I returned home I learned one of my pizzas was made incorrectly so I went back to Dominoes to get it corrected. I asked for another pizza on the other pizza as well so I could enjoy both hot. Lucas Hopper seemed a bit annoyed but agreed. I waited 15 mins and during this time Lucas offfered no apology. I left with my 2 pizzas only to find out a liter of coke and 2 garlic sauces were suppose to also be given to me with the paid order. I turned around and informed Lucas that I hadn't been given those items and his reply "oh you want them too?" I replied to him "Well yes, after all I did pay for them. Is that how you treat customers with big orders. You just don't give them everything they pay for?" He rudely replied "yes." I thought I had heard him incorrectly and repeated my question and again he replied with the same answer nonchalantly as he walked away! I spent $40.54 which I was gonna spend at Chili's but opt for Dominoes so as to try the new cheese bread - bread that was cold when I finally got home with all my order. I'll know next time to go to Chili's.
