I ordered 2 large cheese jalapeno pizzas at 10:40pm on 1/27 and i told the guy on the phone that i will take my pizzas by 11pm or little later and the guy agreed to this. After that when i went to take my pizzas on the take-out window, the guy on the window told me that he has closed his system and so now he won't be able to ring the pizzas for me and give me. So on that day i had to go back home empty-handed. I used to do this (order pizzas and take them little late) on every weekends and this time i was not given my ordered pizzas. I felt really insulted on the incident. I would like to take serious steps to this incident.
