Poorly run operation

The staff doesn't speak or understand english
made up the wrong order and the soup was
cold. The owner is rude, and back talks you.
I was at 2800 Sage Rd. Houston Texas..
Couldnt return the order they didn't understand.
Worst service and order ever had at a Quiznos.
Not worth my money never go back..
