Hard Bun and Wrong Sandwich Twice in One Week

Two days this week I have stopped at McDonalds the first time, I ordered a cheese burger, the bun was so hard I couldn't eat it. I took it back and they gave me another one this time the cheese wasn't melted on it. The second time I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit when I got it I got a egg and bacon, on a biscuit that was half there, so I took it back and there again they gave me another one, and again the cheese wasn't melted. And again they didn't care. I will not stop at the Westover McDonald any more. They either can't hear or they just don't care about their job or the customer.
