Terrible service, disgusting food

3602 North Mattis Avenue, Champaign, IL 61822. This locatiopn makes me sick of DQ, if you guys don't do anything about it i will NEVER go to any of your stores ever again. Me and my girlfriend bought a simple chicken tender basket and we wanted melted nacho cheese and gravy, well we got in the car opened the bag no gravy and the melted cheese was so disgusting they melted shredded cheese it was so gross the cup wasnt even filled up, and it was broken, so we had to drive back a mile and no one was at the counter we asked for the manager and really slow service i told her we didn't get gravy she said they were out of melted cheese and laughed when i showed her the microwave melted shredded cheese (i didn't find it funny) the supervisor was extreamly rude and the workers acted like they just wanted to go home with no care in the world about order, this is the worst experience i have ever been through with any fast food service, it was about 430 pm on nov 4th so if you guys take no care into taking consideration into your company than i have no interest in eating your food anymore. Thanks
