Bad rice packets

I purchased Gold Jasmine Rice from Thanh Hung Asian Marketplace on 10/5. Following a handful of months, after I was going to start the bag, I really could observe grain insects clinging about the line that stiches the bunch. Therefore did not actually attempt to start it.

Today on 11/11, after I was stated that they'dnot consider my purchance back because it had been past seven days.

I'venot actually opened the bunch. I'd prefer to understand what I will do?
