Bugs in the great value rice - Great value rice

I had an open bag of great value rice in the pantry that had bugs in it. I let it slide though because i thought it was my fault for not storing it properly. Then i eventually bought another bag of great value rice and right when i opened it, i looked through it and there were bugs once again! I see theres lots of complaints about this same issue. You would think since its a reoccuring issue especially since i bought two different bags at separate times, that they would have done something about it by now
