Horrible customer service

On 2/27/08 about 5:55pm i experienced the drivethru and guy requested me to keep on, then after about three minutes he explained go mind. I asked him “what have you got which has 4 bits of cicken along with a plate of crushed potatoes”, he responded, “we don’t have anything”. I stated, “well think about anything similar”, he explained, “nothing”. But i will hear his voice having an perspective. Because of the fact the selection didn't have sufficient illumination, i had been unable to see the selection obviously, and so i expected him “if i will move tho the window” in a troubled speech he explained, “i guess”. I went up to the window and asked him, “is the perspective that you use to treat you clients? ” he explained “yes mam, it’s alone i have”. I stated, “let me speak to your manager”, he explained “she isn't in but her name is sonia”. I looked over his nametag also it stated “shift supervisor - marcelino”. I asked him “are you the manager”. He explained, “nope im just an employee”. I required a telephone number to report him and he replied back at me “oh to help you record our ass”? I stated, “yes that’s precisely what im likely to do”. He slammed the window after which began cusing at me thru the interior of the restaurant and that i can see all the workers considering him. Subsequently, he went to seize several he opened the window and threw it at me. He then included, “here this way you can record my ass you fucken dyke”, then slammed the window another time. I had been really in shock that i couldn’t drive-away and so i settled myself down-then, went away. I acquired to my house and immediately called the amount (916-392-3000), he gave me and nobody answered the telephone. I cant believe that chapel organization would hire someone like this. It's so incredible. I'd not dare contact anther churchs chicken again
