Customer Service Rude

Had really rude customer support. Put order didn't let's finish our purchase was informed to generate forward. Went to first window two women speaking plus they didn't start the screen. Visited minute screen that was even ruder. Was informed that I have to spend in the first screen. I discussed that I should of misunderstood which I'd ceased in the first window, but no body exposed the window. Her reacts was "the next time pay at that screen." Although she was receiving my purchase both women in the first screen was shouting out the screen - "Foolish A* - won't ever to McDonalds again. Evidently they don't greatly instruction on customer support.
