Bad customer support!

The merchandise is extremely adorable however the customer support in the franchisees (atleast at Far Hills, NJ) and in the corporate workplace have experienced us let them know TO NOT DELIVER TO US! A buddy desired to deliver among their containers of fruit to us to appreciate me for assisting them with a few Computer issues (I understand just how to repair computers... I can not create ATTRACTIVE sites should you cannot tell! However the information, atleast some tips about what matters).

Therefore The Far Hills workplace calls to inform people they'll be providing something special. I ask who it is from three times and it was not until they called back plus I hung-up to them, did I am told by them about the 4th request. Which is cut fruit (ideally clean) which means you should not keep it outside too much time. And so I request 'when will you come / may we set a period' for you really to fall down this? I am told by her 'no, a period ca n't be committed to by us!' We Are designed to remain home all day long for this?

Around I'm a youngster in mind, I Have cut fruit items and PB&T snacks in various designs, which could be our first Edible Preparations container, I tell her we-don't need the shipping. She must contact the folks delivering the present to appreciate them since Edible Preparations customer support is pitiful but the receiver does not want to buy. She claims okay (very voluntarily, without any issues) and that I hang-up.

I do want to allow their corporate workplace understand how a franchisee is frustrating (atleast) one client. Their site doesn't have telephone number that is corporate. I obtain the organization 800-number and contact the NJ locaiton. I find the leader's title and google the organization. Contacting at 8 I obtain a saving that's from the workplace till March 16th and call by title. Contact Cheryl in a 7-digit expansion if you want instant help?! No, that does not work-in their telephone system. A telephone number? What is their F_ing area code.

More searches on Google. Oh, 203... Call that quantity - it's going to take-me to Cheryl's line!? NO! That's their F_ing switchboard. Like I did so for that leader, okay, I will call by title. It wishes one to call by LASTNAME!? Exactly what the Y%! Her first-name was just quit by Cheryl on that saving.
