If i could i would rate no stars I got the black tie for my cell phone and was sold on the idea if i were to do damn near anything to my phone it would get replaced you know like if you were to get the phone company’s plan only without worrying if the phone got wet. Well found out that if the phone breaks they send it for 30 days and charge me 50 dolllars a month for a (loaner phone) note the loner phone is refundable thats why its a month return it and check it out every 30 days. They can not tell me where my phone is or what is going on with it so as of now my smartphone is gone and i am stuck with a old pre 3g phone while my 200 dollar phone is who knows. Will i see my phone again?
