Ripoff, liars, poor customer service, can't explain why bill is so high

Electronics and household app.

Well my sister has been going through alot with Cingular too. They are trying to charge her over $1000 for a couple of months for service. She disputed the amount in which she was told by one of their customer service reps that there was about $1094 that seemed not to be right on her bill, after weeks of back and forth calling and getting her SBC DSL service interrupted, Some fool that claimed he was the manager said, Well, I looked over your bill and you owe the money, my sister asked him why was she being billed for 3 months back and why didn't they bill her for the charges in the month the were to supposely took place, This fool is going to tell her that she talked for 100 minutes to the same person one day, That was his answer to her question! I told her to keep all of her copies of her bills and go talk to an attorney! Everyone is not lying about this, I'm going to tell her to visit this site as soon as she gets off work. Futher more to those Cingular people coming on this site to uphold their company, need to get the hell back to work, take some ethnics classes and find out why are all these people are gettting over charged for their crappy service! I will never tell anyone to join Cingular, I'm happy I didn't! Hope the rest of you and my sister get your money back from them, don't stop keep trying!
