Ripoff fraudulent billing false reporting to a credit beura

T-Mobile ripped me off and had the audacity to act like a power house which had the right to make me feel helpess. I canceled early due to numerous messed up incorrectly heightened bills. After months of hours on the phones hang-up from electronic operators, their refusal to provide managers, and false bill, info. I agreed to pay the $400. (two phones) They not only chargeed the $400. But the reramining months as well, for a total of $700 to $800 some dollars.

I refused to pay it and request a miadiateor. Many many hours of phonecalls later. They refused to help me and affected my credit. How do I remove their false credit report and continue to refuse to pay this unfair bill, which is now unresolved for about a year? Will this nightmare ever end? Can we all join in sueing them? Thank you for any help!
