Electronics and household app.
Tmobile has screwed me for the last time. It's a long story but basically, they sent me a phone, it got sent to the wrong address where it was opened and a battery was taken. I recieved it a few weeks later from my landlord who explained what had happened. I called tmobile to tell them and they said that I was responsible for the battery. At this point I had never opened the package yet I was responsible for the missing contents when THEY sent it to the wrong address.
After talking to many people and not having my phone calls returned, I finally spoke to a head manager and he said the battery wasn't my responsibility. However he had no apology for me and when I told him about all the time I had to waste talking to them and trying to track down the battery, he didn't care. His subordinate, a manager, told me that the head manager would call me back in the next 24-72 hours.
When i asked the head manager why he hadn't called me, he said that no one ever told him to call me. I asked him why I should continue to use tmobile, and he had no answer. I asked him about the irony that they were #1 in customer service and he had nothing to say. Then i sent a letter to customer relations regarding the situation and informing them that there are plenty of phone companies... Why should i use theirs? I Still havent gotten a reply... They don't seem to care about their customers at all. They're going to lose my 100$ per month over the cost of a battery and their employees' incompetence.
