Ripoff for number I never had

Electronics and household app.

They are tring to charge me for a number I never had, and are attaching this number to an address that is totally out of the area for the prefix on the number to an address I lived at 6 years ago!!! They never contacted me for this "Outstanding bill" nor put it on my credit report, and unless I come up with a bill from 6 years ago they won't budge. The bill is $750 dollars!!!
