Ive been over billed and hade my credit taken and my bill has been raied to pay for there mistakes Ripoff Denver Colorado

I orderd a cell pone from qwest and was lied to about my cost i was told 39 dollers a month for 500 minites and wascharged 60 dollars

I always pay my bill ahead of time and hvae comfermation numbers to prve it as well as bank statments

Eaach moth i pay over the bill to whear one month ago i haand after a yearde 48 dollers credit on my bill

My nuber was supposed to be unlisted when i found ot wasent i had the number changed and ask at that time if i would be charged i was told no

When i got my bill it said i owed 5 dollers and my credit was gone

I contacted qwest and thretend to have the phone cut off if my credit was not restored

Within one hour my home phone and cell phone were cut off for none payment i have a online cosomer rep s seession whear this was stated

Yet the rep admits the bill was paid i field a complant withe the attorney generail
