Overbilled on Cell Phone and Credit Removed Then Service Cut

I ordered a cell phone from Qwest and was lied to about my cost I was told 39 dollars a month for 500 minutes and was charged 60 dollars

I always pay my bill ahead of time and have confirmation numbers to prove it as well as bank statements

Each month I pay over the bill to whear one month ago I haand after a yearde 48 dollers credit on my bill

My number was supposed to be unlisted when I found out wasent I had the number changed and ask at that time if I would be charged I was told no

When I got my bill it said I owed 5 dollers and my credit was gone

I contacted Qwest and threatened to have the phone cut off if my credit was not restored

Within one hour my home phone and cell phone were cut off for none payment I have a online customer rep s session whear this was stated

Yet the rep admits the bill was paid I field a complaint with the attorney general
