False Verizon Collection Bill for Number I Never Heard Of

Received a false Verizon bill. This bill was supposedly sent to them for collections. The number is one I never heard of and when I try to call them they are not taking any calls now. This has been true for some time. I haven't lived in the area code the number goes to for 8 years.
