Wants to bill me for service after i returned all equipment and have a receipt

Verizon service failed at my home after several attempts to have it repaired I returned all eqipment and canceled service and got receipt. Verizon keep charging me and would not even itemize a bill to tell me why. These charges are for after I canceled service. I filled a case with the BBB and they agreed with me that Verizon "did not do all that was reasonabily expected or been responsible to do" and suggested I sue verizon in small claims court. Verizon has reported me to all three credit agencies and I have appealed that with all of them. I have proof but no one to show it to.
