Lack of customer service - Customer Service

I have a DVR at the McAllen repair facility. My repair case number is 29186548. It has had no action for 3 weeks other than being received. I have tried to call repeatedly. They won't answer. I have left voice messages. They don't call back. I have tried to email. I was told to call the repair facility. I have been a loyal customer of Panasonic products until now. I don't think I will ever buy Panasonic again!
