Ripoff Not sending bills and charging late fees

I have been with verizon since January and have only recived one bill and I had to ask for that. I have recivecd threning letters avery month but no bills. I have to call them avery month.
They charge me late fees. This months bill was $363.33 and last months was $193.29. They will not explan why my bill was so much all they say is someone somewere whent over on muintes.

So I have decided to cancel my phone service with them. But even though they never sent me a bill they say I still have to pay $175.00 for each phone to cancel the contract. I feel since they dont send me a bill That I should not have to pay to get out of the contract. They have not heled there end of the contract since January 29th of 2004.
