On 5/29 Hellototem contracted to buy my phone for 151.92 They sent a package in which I could mail the phone to them. I sent it and after two an a half weeks they finally received it (tracked by FedEx). I have screenshots and several emails documenting conversations and quotes they gave me. The website claims to deposited your money in your PayPal account the same day they receive it. They received it on 6/18. It is now 6/24 and I have not received payment nor will they respond to any phone calls, messages or emails. All I want is the money they agrees to pay. The process has taken almost a month now and they claim their service is fast and they care very much for their customers.
