ISupplytech Defective cheap products and horrible customer service

This company is an absolute joke. The owner has even changed the company name several times from iCheap.Biz to iSupplyTech to GS Tech. After taking my money they said that they didn't have the ordered products in stock and cancelled my order all together. Then they took 4 days to refund me. Other orders placed with them arrived with missing products and cheap defective parts.in fact they even had to cancel using PayPal because of complaints. The service I recieved from the owner himself "Gary Schmit" "ohschmit@gmail.com" was very impolite and unprofessional. This company is a complete joke and lacks customer service. They clearly do not even value customers that spend thousands of dollars with them. I even tried calling Mr. Schmit directly at 1 (602) 821-7507. He avoided my call and followed up with an email saying that they dont talk to customers and that he is done with our business relationship and that I should use a different supplier. Do yourself a favor and avoid this mickeymouse company at all costs. I personally would rather pay more and get a quality product and customer support.
