I am scraping a 2 year $1200.00 washer due to the poor washing and stinky laundry I have been fighting for the entire 2 years. I have spent a fortune in special washer cleaners and products trying to make the laundry NOT have a sour, musty odor but am really throwing in the towel to another product and returning to a top loader. I have done all the tricks, opened drains, left the door open used special cleaners and ran bleach loads and bought all the special products but this washer is nothing but a skunky problem. Maybe this is how this company sells more washers as you have to replace the problem!
