LG broken Washer - LG front loader wahse

Our 2 year old front load washer had a motor go out. The replacement motor was also defective right out of the box. Then they "forgot" to order the motor so i am still without a washer. Tried calling them and was put on hold for 35 minutes and hung up on after explaining my issue. Terrible customer service. What a run around. WIll not buy LG products again.
