Ripoff lost time lost money On Line

I had Direcway, Direcpc and direcTV for almost 5 years. I moved to a senior residence in May and left direcway open for 2 weeks until I got MSNtv established.in june I started trying to cancel encountering long menus, long waits, confusing requests and losing contact and being unable to complete the cancellation. This involved telephone and net.

All this time $50 was taken from my VISA every month. Last week, after much insistence I was transferred to Raquel. She politely assisted me, asking for only the info she needed. She told me there would be one more bill for August but it would be a paper bill. On the bill is an Email. I wrote a long note explaining why I wouldn't pay this bill and it was returned. The E address was not recognized Tomorrow I resort to snail mail.
