Arsenault warranty
Pd 4,600 for tv wth 3 yr ext warty - should be 4 yrs total wth the 1 yrs that came with tv. They say NO it's a total of 3. So the first yr I had 2 Warranties

I purchased a TV from CIrcut City and a 3 year warranty. CIrcuit City closed and the warranty is being handled by Assurant Solutions. I have been trying to get help since last year. I paid 4,600 for this tv including the 499.00 warranty in Jan. THe TV had a 1 year warranty and I purchsed a 3 year warranty so that should mean I have a 4 year wattanty from the date of purchase. Assurant is telling me the 3 years started at the time of purchase so my warranty expired Jan. Thay have sent someone out to look at the TV and I paid close to 400 dollar for part that did not fix my TV.
