Worst Customer Service - customer service

It was a great deal on Vostro 1410. I was buying the laptop for my business need and had a Amex.gift certificate which I was trying to use when I was buying online but it would not go through. So I called Dell Directly and I explained them the situation. Customer service transferred me to Business sales Dept. So I explained the situation. They informed me that since I want to use gift Certi. I have to talk to consumer dept. As they can use the certi. Over their. So I got transferred 3 time. Explained to consumer dept. Again and she was nice and a helping person she did informed me that i have to talk to business dept.in order to purchase Vostro 1410 as it is a business line so i told her that business department had transferred me to this dept. As they cannot use the gift certi.in their dept. She talked to supervisor and informed me that business dept. Can use your gift certi. But you will have to talk to them to order the product. So got transferred 4th time. This time a guy name Mike answered and told him I want buy a vostro 1410. He asked me the reason and I told him I already own Studio and Inpiron and Vostro was a good deal. He informed me that I will need a FED. TAX ID number to order that product as it is a business line product which i did provide. After giving all the info. He asked me a payment method so i told him it will be the Amex.gift certi. And the rest will be on my Amex. And he laughed and said was i trying to pay $25.00 for the laptop or what. Before i even reply or ask explanation he just transferred to other dept. And so this is a 5 transferred. I just hangup.
