This company has been a nightmare

I am writing to say that just cellular is a ripoff. I bought a phone in 04/25 and ever since i have this phone its been nothing but a nightmare with this phone. It doesnt work properly it is very slow. Its always shutting off. It deletes my media and the touch tone doesnt work. It dials number without me dialing. I have tried calling just cellular and they havent been able to help me. I suggest that no one buys from this people. ITS BEEN A NIGHTMARE! Now i have to wait till my contract is up with verizon to upgrade my phone
