I felt I needed to do a follow up on my complaint on Cellular Express Plus, Titusville, Florida store. While the company was awful to deal with, Florence ended up going above and beyond to help make our cell phone return and to cancel the contract. It took Florence personally driving the return paperwork to the Melbourne, florida store to get the wheels in motion. While I still feel Cellular Express Plus failed to handle the return and cancelation of the product and service in a professional manner, Florence did work hard to get things done. Now we sit and wait to get the money refunded that we are owed. I will follow up to let you know how Cellular Express Plus takes care of this.
